1st Goostrey

1st Goostrey Scout Group provides fun, adventure and friendship for young people in a safe and welcoming environment. Through exciting activities, outdoor experiences and community involvement, we help young people develop confidence, resilience, leadership skills and a lifelong spirit of adventure.

Squirrels – 1st Goostrey Squirrels take members from the age of 4 to 6 years old.

Beavers – 1st Goostrey Beavers take members from the age of 6 to 8 years old. We meet on Wednesday evenings.

Cubs – 1st Goostery Cubs take members from the age of 8 to 10½. Our meetings run on Thursday evenings.

Scouts – 1st Goostrey Scouts take members from the age of 10½ to 14 years old. We meet on Friday evenings.

As a general rule we follow the same holiday pattern as our local schools.
