Minibus

To book the Scouts 14-seater minibus please email minibus@akdistrictscouts.org.uk to check if the minibus is available for you to use on the required day.

Bookings are subject to the availability of the minibus on that date and you accepting the Minibus Terms and Conditions (see below). Once you have received confirmation you will be able to arrange collection of the keys.

Before you collect the keys please send us a completed ‘Authority to Drive the Minibus‘ form (see below) for each driver informing us of who will be driving the minibus together with a photocopy of both sides of their driving licence.

We will keep all ‘Authority to Drive the Minibus’ forms for each driver so that you do not need to complete this form every time you use the minibus.

Please also send us a completed ‘Drivers without D1 (101) Minibus Driving Entitlement‘ form (see below) so that we can check that you are entitled to drive the minibus.

If you are an Alderley & Knutsford Scout Group then please read the ‘Section 19 Minibus Permit for Alderley & Knutsford Scout Group’ (see below).

If you are a Scout Group outside of Alderley & Knutsford District then please send us a completed ‘Section 19 Minibus Permit for Scout Groups’ form (see below).

If you are an organisation or group not affiliated to a Scout Group then please send us a completed ‘Section 19 Minibus Permit for Non-Scout Organisations’ form (see below).
